was only apt that MGW Infotech should have built their own Travel and Tour software.
The software aims to manage groups as well as individual traveller's travel needs
including air, rail, road and hotel bookings. We offer a comprehensive database
of preferred hotels and rental locations. An all in one solution for Tours and Travel
Companies. Travellers now demand special itineraries and require quick responses.
MGW Tour Management Software has the
following features:-

Itinerary Creation: The Tour Company
can make multiple itineraries of each tour and enter it in the software for ready
reference.

Booking: Using the above created itineraries,
an agent can create FIT/GIT/ Fixed Departure bookings. Details of passengers such
as name, sex, address, meal preferences etc are fed in to the form. Extra fields
can be added as per client requirements. The software also has provision for the
individual traveller’s (FIT) bookings.Travel companies make arrangements for rail/air
booking, hotel & make local
travel within the tour. The software provides necessary
reports related to FIT Management to your valued customers.

Hotel Arrangements
The Tour Company can build a complete database
in the software about their regular hotel tie-ups, so that they can get any information
related to contact details, facilities, contracted rates and room types at a glance.
The same information will be used in the booking form at the time of hotel booking.
We can provide a database of popular hotels around India at an additional
cost.

Ground arrangements: Details and rates
of suppliers including ground transport can be fed into the database . Similar to
the hotel, it is possible to enter the rates of vehicles and assign bookings for
them. For those agents who manage their own vehicles MGW Vehicle Management System is a useful add on module

Reservation Status (Air/ Rail): The
agent can send an air/rail booking request to the ticketing department through the
software and on confirmation can add it to the booking for completeness of the itinerary.
Please note online booking has still not been activated in the software.

Finance: Financial accounts including
receipts , payments and cost–sheet are generated out of the software tour-wise,
supplier wise etc
